Desperate for companionship, a lonely, young Palestinian-American man agrees to marry an Israeli woman in need of a Green Card, forcing them to re-examine their respective cultural and familial traditions.
Ghazi Albuliwi - Director, Screenwriter
Born in Amman, Jordan, Ghazi Albuliwi immigrated to New York with his parents and was raised in Brooklyn. His feature film debut as a Writer/Director, entitled West Bank Brooklyn, premiered at the AFI Film Festival in Los Angeles and went on to screen at Gen Art. Named by Filmmaker magazine as one of the Top 25 New Faces of Indie Film, Albuliwi’s second feature Peace After Marriage is currently in development.

Bandar Albuliwi - Director, Producer
Bandar Albuliwi graduated from the directing program at the American Film Institute Conservatory. Recipient of the 2009 Academy of Television Arts & Sciences TV Directing Fellowship, he recently finished working on the new FOX sitcom Brothers.
Faruk Ozerten - Producer
Faruk Ozerten is a graduate of the Producing program at the American Film Institute Conservatory. While there, he was awarded both the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship in 2007 and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association Scholarship at AFI.
Peace After Marriage is about building bridges across boundaries. The intimacy of family values and its comedic tone will make both Palestinians and Israelis laugh at themselves as they sit together in a theater free of walls and checkpoints.
