Andrea Janakas recently completed her MFA in Directing at The American Film Institute. Her script Gypsies, Tramps & Thieves earned her the 2005 Fuji Student Filmmaker Award, screened at The Seattle International Film Festival and at the Los Angeles Film Festival, and won the Jury Prize at the Palm Springs International Shorts Festival. She recently completed the Film Independent Screenwriter's Lab with co-writer Phinneas Kiyomura for their project Beds & Graves.

Justine Cogan’s feature script God and Other Strangers developed at the Film Independent Screenwriters Lab, was selected for the 2008 Fast Track program at the Los Angeles Film Festival and the 2008 Sundance Producers Conference.
Linda’s everyday life seems perfect, bright and surreal, but in every frame, something is askew. As she transitions to the new, sterile surroundings of evacuation, the characters allow their personal stories to echo in the walls and colorfully transform the environment into a real home.
